TONY AMATO Scope of Service Experience Tony Amato has twenty-seven years experiencing in financing, real estate, and marketing background and has been a resident of Nevada since 1955. Tony Amato presently maintains professional relationships in Southern and Northern Nevada and Arizona. Tony has mortgage banking experience from 1980 to 1988. Upon receiving his Nevada real estate license in 1988 and receiving his Arizona broker's license in 2004, Tony Amato has achieved SBA financing totaling over $250 million for his clients and has coordinated over 200 convenience stores/gas stations branded Texaco, Shell, Chevron, Citgo, ARCO, Exxon and Mobil, and other similar facilities in the Las Vegas, Reno and Phoenix area. Tony has brokered the sale of vacant commercial, residential, and industrial property for development during his real estate career. He determined early in his career that he would specialize with convenience store/gas station transactions. Tony Amato opened Amato Commercial Group in 1996. Tony was named "Top Producer" in 2003 and 2004. In 2002 he formed the Petroleum Asset Group. His primary objectives in Nevada and Arizona are enhanced by the creation of the Petroleum Asset Group which is staffed by Les Eisinga and Amber Amato. The Petroleum Asset Group had closed transactions in excess of $100 Million Dollars since 2004. Tony has been directly involved during his career with real estate advisory and management relating to real estate lending and sales. Tony prides himself in the highest level of integrity that is evidenced by his professional network, also with his involvement with a diverse team of professionals representing all facets of real estate development, to include site analysis, zoning representation, civil and architectural, and vendor/equipment coordination, as well as financing. Those components have contributed to provide the focus he has for his client's success and profitability in their investment opportunities and developments. Significant Transactions and Affiliations Tony has been involved in over $600 million in gross leasing and sales for both Owner and Tenant representation consisting of retail, industrial, and office properties during his career. In 2005 he has been directly involved in over $30 million in transactions. Mr. Amato is also a CCIM designee and a member of the National and Local Association of Realtors. Recognized as “Who’s Who inCommercial Real Estate” in 2005.
LES EISINGA Les Eisinga, a native of the Netherlands, came to the US under a Tennis Scholarship. Upon graduation from UNLV Les joined The Petroleum Asset Group in 2003 as a real estate broker/salesman. In the team's spirit of expanding into the Arizona markets, Les received his real estate license in the State of Arizona in 2006. In 2005, Les was appointed Financial Analyst for all financial aspects of Gas Station/Convenience Stores in the Las Vegas Valley and Phoenix Metropolitan area. Les provides the detail of Financial Analysis for Amato Commercial Group's clients and customers; he offers his advice as an important component for establishing the best financial recommendation for our client's. As a 2002 graduate of UNLV, Les has multiple degrees in the fields of Finance and Real Estate. Les has been involved in over $70 million in sales and leasing of real estate over the past three years.
AMBER AMATO Amber Amato joined Petroleum Assets Group in 2004. She was hired on as an administrative assistant during which she handled all incoming calls, filing, all the aspects of Marketing and other light office and clerical duties. By the end of 2005, she was promoted to Office Manager and in addition to the above duties she also manages the office, orders all supplies, assists the IT department, and assists in the closing of all transactions. She obtained her Nevada Real Estate License in July of 2006 and is currently seeking her Business Management Degree from CCSN.
